Rhoslyn (Rhos) Roebuck Williams

rhos

Rhos graduated with a BSc and MChem in Chemistry from the University of Leeds (2018). This included an industrial year focusing on the process development of synthetic routes involving heterogenous asymmetric catalysis at a Cardiff-based company called CatSci. She then specialised into computational chemistry through a research project in quantum mechanics with Dr Marcelo P. de Miranda. She then completed her EPSRC-funded MSc entitled `Theory and modelling in the chemical sciences’ from the University of Oxford (2019). Rhos is commencing her PhD with exploring our perception of `touch’ and `feel’ in virtual reality by examining the hardware that we use to interact with virtual objects.
